Bikers, skaters, White Nights
VeloPiter organized a traditional annual event for bikers called White Nights. Local skaters already joined them last year.
As usual, we met each over at the square near the Bronze Horseman. There were more 300 bikers and more 10 skaters. This was not a competition but a social event for bikers and skaters of all levels and ages. There was not any police escort. But several bikers stopped traffic at principal crossroads.
Among skaters there were some beginners. So we helped them to skate bridges. I have to say that skating together with bikers is perfect. Join us in 2003!
